Breakaway Introduction to Design Thinking for Educators Workshop
WHAT IS THE BREAKAWAY INTRODUCTION TO DESIGN THINKING FOR EDUCATORS WORKSHOP?
CREATE REAL-WORLD, RELEVANT LEARNING EXPERIENCES FOR YOUR STUDENTS
Educators are using Design Thinking as a pedagogical framework for real world, project-based learning that supports positive risk-taking, feedback-driven cycles of iteration, a process of research that serves a larger purpose as well as the development of collaboration, communication and critical thinking skills.
Learn how to leverage design thinking to create engaging, student-centered, real world problem-solving exercises that support the development of creative confidence in students while preparing them to be effective leaders in the new economy and changemakers in an increasingly complex world.
INTENDED OUTCOMES
