Fall Term
School Retool Fellowship
32 Hours spread over 3 months- 2020 will be in a virtual Space
A professional development fellowship created by the K12Lab, Stanford d.school that supports leaders to inspire teams and redesign school culture to achieve equitable deeper learning outcomes. In this workshop, you will develop an equity aspiration, learn the hack design process, utilize a change framework, levers for school change, and learn how to create the conditions for equitable deeper learning.
Spring Term
Build a Custom Plan
After School Retool, work with a deeper learning coach to identify structures and systems at your school and apply the hack design process with the goal of accelerating equitable deeper learning. Build a 90 Day Hack Acton Plan.
Execute Plan
With a 1:1 coach and accountability partner, build and run 3+ hacks and execute your 90 day action plan.
Summer
Hacktivation Station
A catalyst to kick off your school year, inspire collaboration among teams (2.5 day workshop in August) for Retool Fellows and their teams. Guided by a deeper learning coach, your team will collaborate on an Equity Aspiration, refresh on the hack design process, and how to create the conditions for equitable deeper learning, You will leave a hack plan for the fall.

Year 2 and Beyond
Monthly Meet-Up
Virtual meet-up groups curated by deeper learning coaches, connect with other School Retool Fellows, collaborate on problems of practice, and flex your design muscles!
Deeper Learning Showcase
As culture shift start to take place at your school, Construct will help you produce a virtual Deeper Learning Showcase comprised of video, audio, photo, and written assets. Once your team is thinking like designers, building and iterating on student-led learning experiences, we will help you plan and then produce a showcase that celebrates your schools success.
Challenge Grants and Innovation Grants
Join a Construct Change-maker competition, teachers receive a stipend while they learn how to run an industry supported design challenges with their students
