I have a history of working with non-profits in designing strategies and launching innovative new programs.  My passion lies in creating and promoting relevant and accessible project-based learning experiences in K12 with a focus on expanding career identities and elevating skills the workforce is seeking.  Elevated outcomes happen organically in K12 when students’ voice and choice are at the forefront allowing them to use creative, collaborative problem solving that leads to heightened agency.  The result is empowered youth coming together as leaders and changemakers in their schools and communities.  Transforming the learning experiences for youth happen when strategic collaborations of stakeholders from industry, education, non-profit organizations and public policy come together to address the immediate and future workforce needs by developing scalable programs that improve student success, awareness,  and agency in navigating the world around them.
