Design Driven Education Transformation
We use design to inspire transformation in education at the system level and the individual level. We focus our efforts in low income rural and urban school districts.
A lot of people are talking about innovation in schools. we provide the "how".
Our 3-Step Process
1: INTRODUCTION
We introduce principals and teachers (through hands-on workshop experience) to design tools and practices, always through the lens of deeper learning for students.
2: IN PRACTICE
Educators become designers as we provide ongoing coaching support. Fueling a movement of principals and teachers who are leading important changes in schools that will empower students to take on the world!
3: INCUBATION
Beginning in 2021 Construct-funded grants will provide teams of teachers and principal innovators with money and facilitation to design and test new models in education.
